Married:
- October 9, 1909 Winona Republican Herald:
"A pretty home wedding took place Wednesday October 6th at the home of Mr & Mrs Emil Polzin, when their daughter Claribel was united in marriage to Mellie T. McNally, Rev. Mr Claus of Lewiston officiating. The bride was attired in dainty white and carried brides roses while her traveling suit was blue silk with hat and gloves to match. The Misses Anna and Lydia Polzin, sisters of the bride, acted as bridesmaids, and Ollie McNally brother of the groom was best man with Chris Polzin, a brother of the bride. Miss Claribel is the second daughter of Mr and Mrs Polzin and is a highly esteemed young lady. The groom is the second son of Mr & Mrs J.A. McNally and is one of our promising young farmers. Mr & Mrs McNally left on the Northwestern Train for Dakota, where they will visit friends. Mr & Mrs McNally will reside on the Saxton farm and will be at home to their friends after Oct 20th. The wedding guests from out of the city present were Chris Polzin of Waseca, Mr & Mrs Lee and daughters Pearl and Ester of Dakota."
